Description
The limited edition Hennessy by Kenzo Blue was released in 1997 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the partnership between Hennessy and the French-Japanese fashion designer Kenzo Takada. Only about 18,000 bottles were produced, and they were sold exclusively in Asian duty-free shops, making this a highly sought-after collector’s cognac today.
The striking blue designer bottle reflects Kenzo’s bold aesthetic, merging the world of fashion with the heritage of fine cognac. This edition stands as a true work of art, where luxury French craftsmanship meets avant-garde design.
Inside, the cognac is composed of a refined blend of eaux-de-vie with XO character, bottled at 40% ABV. It offers a smooth and elegant profile, with layers of ripe fruit, subtle spice, and a long, velvety finish—signature qualities of Hennessy’s mastery.
For collectors, the completeness of the presentation is key. An intact seal, flawless surface, and original packaging elevate its rarity and desirability, making the Hennessy by Kenzo Blue a true showcase piece in any serious cognac collection.
