The story I was told it was a gift from my aunt to my grandfather and grandmother for housewarming gift . Not too well after that, my grandfather actually passed away. Years and years later after my grandmother and my father had passed away, I was cleaning out my grandma‘s room. It was in my grandmother‘s closet in the original box that was sent from my aunt. There is a little water damage on the exterior of the box caused from when a tree head fell on the roof and put a hole in the roof dearing a bad rainstorm.. other than that, the bottle has no damage and been sitting on, touched for years, lying down inside the original box.

Story:

The bottle was a gift to my Father in law from Mr Nick Greenland when he was Managing Director of Westminster Wine, a Harlow based chain if off licences owned by IDV. He discovered the bottle in the cellar of one of his shops that had been closed down in the early 1980’s. It has been in his possession since then, stored on its side in a dark, dry room.
