Passed down through generations of our family, originally purchased either by my great-great-grandfather, Henry Everard, or his son HSC Everard, R&A Golf Club St Andrews, this is one of four bottles of the same make and vintage. The other 3 do not have such intact seals, and cognac levels are slightly lower, though all are clear with no visible sediment. My mother gave them to me for safekeeping in the 1980s.
