The spirits produced here are the most famous: power, suppleness, length in the mouth and great aptitude for aging characterise them: floral aromas, vine flower, lime blossom and dry branch Home made for 3 centuries From 1702 Jacques, the ancestor of the family distilled and aged his harvest by taking the best care of the vineyards planted around Segonzac, capital of the Grande Champagne 1st Cru. Today, out of respect Christian and his son Pablo only produce old and prestigious cognacs as they used to do it in the past. The Pierre de Segonzac house is one of the few independent houses to retain its artisanal character by harvesting, distilling, aging and bottling it’s cognac at the estate. I found this cognac whilst on holiday in La Rochelle in 2019. Not been able to buy this particular Qbic bottle anywhere in the uk or on line so I arranged by buy a case directly from the producer. I am selling 4 of the bottles to recover some of the expense.
