Cognac Otard S.A.". In this same part the emblem of the company is highlighted on the bottle with an "O" and a "C".

*see pictures Bottle is at my father's, so the weight is not accurate. This "barrel" still has the clear sleeve holding the top portion on, so only half of the tax seal has ever been seen. Obviously, it is full and the box, though dusty, is incredible. I can't imagine there are very many in this condition. Please advise value.
