I visit Scotland and bought it direct from the Balvene Distillery. It’s a rare series and they don’t ship them to USA. This particular bottle represents young whisky matured in first-fill American oak, selected by David Stewart to showcase how oak shapes flavor in early years of aging. While it's the youngest in Chapter 2, it holds value due to its rarity and place in the series.
